A driver who admitted to being under the influence of narcotics accidentally launched his car and lodged it into the second floor of an office building in the early morning hours of Sunday the 14th in Santa Ana.
Look, I’m all for having a good time on the weekends, but this is a bit much. Remarkably there were no serious injuries but this person should probably take a second to reevaluate their life and the decisions they’re making…
